Sameer is the founder of Dhani and Indiabulls Group. Under Sameer’s leadership various Indiabulls companies have distributed $2 billion in dividends to its shareholders in the last 10 years. Sameer holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology [IIT], Delhi.

Divyesh is the Chief Operating Officer of the Dhani Group. With over 20 years of experience in building profitable businesses for the Group, he is now at the forefront of executing new initiatives in the digital transactional finance and digital healthcare space.

Mr. Aishwarya Katoch aged about 52 years, has over 30 years of rich and varied experience in the areas of business management, marketing, hospitality, supply chain management and administration. Mr. Katoch runs a successful business of leisure and heritage hotels and resorts. He holds bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Merchandising from the American College for Applied Arts, London, U.K.

Mr. Amit Ajit Gandhi, Non-Executive Director aged 46 years, has over 24 years of experience in Retail Banking and Financial Services across Business, Strategy, Collections, Risk, Channel Management and Digital Lending. Prior to his association with Dhani group, he worked with Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited for 10 years heading National Level roles in Risk, Collections, fraud and Sales. He has also worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Bharti Cellular, Xerox. He is also Whole-time Director & Chief Executive Officer of Indiabulls Asset Reconstruction Company Limited and was Collection Head at Dhani Loans and Services Limited, material unlisted subsidiary companies of Dhani Services Limited. He is Commerce graduate from Delhi University.

Dr. Narendra Jadhav Ph.D. in Economics from Indiana University, USA is a renowned economist, educationist, social scientist, author and a public speaker. During his distinguished career spanning over four decades of public service, Dr. Jadhav has served in various key positions including as Member of the Planning Commission of India and the National Advisory Council. He has also held the position of Principal Adviser and Chief Economist, Reserve Bank of India (RBI). During his 31 year association with the RBI, he also served in Advisory capacities at International Monetary Fund (IMF) and various Governments. He is known for his expertise and contribution in the areas of economics and social work. He is the recipient of numerous national and international awards including four Honorary D-Litt. Degrees and the title of the Commander of the Order of Academic Palmes by the Government of France.

Ms. Swati Jain is a seasoned and committed professional. She is a graduate in Commerce,Masters in Business Administration and a qualified Chartered Accountant. She has been in practice as a Chartered Accountant for the last 10 years and possesses rich experience in Finance,Taxation and Accountancy. She is an expert in managing a wide spectrum of finance & accounts activities encompassing finalization of accounts, credit control, cash flow management,taxation, and auditing & bank reconciliation statements. She is proficient in ensuring compliance with all applicable rules & regulations laid by various governing bodies. Mrs. Jain has got strong analytical & organizational abilities with adeptness in formulating accountingsystems, preparing accounting records and financial statements. She possesses effective communication, organizational & interpersonal skills and expertise in working in a highly competitive environment.
